免责声明

1、本人自愿报名参加2022-2023哈罗重庆慈善长跑及一切相关活动，并将如实填写报名相关信息，对所填写内容的真实有效性负责；

2、本人全面理解并同意遵守2022-2023哈罗重庆慈善长跑活动制订的各项规程、规则、规定、要求及采取的必要措施；

3、本人全面理解参赛可能出现的风险，且已准备必要的防范措施；本人愿意承担，比赛期间发生的自身，以及由本人进行监护的未成年人的意外风险责任，且同意主办方对于非主办方原因造成的伤害、死亡或其他任何形式的损失不承担任何形式的赔偿；

4、本人同意接受组委会在比赛期间提供的个人以及未成年人的现场急救性质的医务治疗，但在医院救治等发生的相关成人及未成年人的费用由本人及未成年人监护人自理；

5、本人授权本次活动主办方无偿使用本人的姓名、肖像、声音和其它个人资料用于比赛的组织和推广；

6、本人承诺以自己的名义报名并参赛，绝不将报名后获得的号码布以任何方式转让给他人；

7、本人同意在比赛前和比赛期间不得恶意损害、更改及遮盖赛事官方号码布；

8、本人同意向主办方提供有效的身份证件和资料用于核实本人的身份，并同意承担因身份证件和资料不实所产生的全部责任；

9、本人同意主办方以组织者责任险的形式，为现场参与活动的人员进行投保，具体内容以保险实际条款为准，本人均予以认可；

10、本人或法定代理人已认真阅读并全面理解以上内容，且对上述所有内容予以确认并承担相应的法律责任。

2, I fully understand and agree to comply with the 2022 Harrow Chongqing Long Ducker regulations, rules, instructions, requirements and the necessary measures taken.

3, I fully understand the possible risks of participation, and have prepared the necessary precautions; I am willing to assume responsibility for the risk of accidents that occur during the race itself, as well as the minors under my supervision, and agree that the organizer will not bear any form of compensation for injuries, deaths or any other forms of losses not caused by the organizer.

4. I agree to accept the medical treatment provided by the organizing party during the competition for individuals and minors in the nature of on-site first aid, but the costs of the relevant adults and minors incurred in hospital treatment, etc. shall be borne by me and the guardians of the minors themselves.

5, I authorize the organizers of this event to use my name, portrait, voice and other personal information for the organization and promotion of the competition without compensation.

6、I promise to register and participate in my own name and never transfer the number badge obtained after registration to others in any way.

7、I agree not to maliciously damage, change and cover the official number badge of the race before and during the run.

8、I agree to provide the organizer with valid identity documents and information to verify my identity, and agree to assume all responsibilities arising from inaccurate identity documents and information.

9、I agree that the organizer will take out insurance in the form of organizer's liability insurance for the personnel participating in the event on site, the specific content of which will be subject to the actual terms of the insurance, and I all agree to it.

10、I or my legal representative have read and fully understood the above contents and I confirm all the above contents and assume the corresponding legal responsibility.
